Support Tier Definitions

Tier 1

First point of contact for support issues. Handles:

  • Operational issues
  • General inquiries
  • Most support issues reported by site operators

Tier 2

Escalation path for Tier 1. Handles:

  • Complex network issues
  • Database issues
  • Advanced software troubleshooting
  • Technical escalations requiring advanced expertise

IMPORTANT NOTES

  1. For visibility and communication management, please include Justin Michaels and Rob Geiger on all email communication with Intercard, regardless of category or department.
